Questions and perspectives in automated justice


The methods of data collection and data analysis have considerably developed. On the field of criminal control and within that of penal jurisdiction appeared it in form of several risk analysis software. These solutions can be unital defined as automated jurisdiction with the aim of measure giving for the risk of reoffending of the defendant and based on that the increase of effectivity in degree of penalty. Nowadays both Police and prison service use this kind of algorithms, but it is a novelty yet on the field of penal jurisdiction. The author presents opportunities and dilemmas of this field.
