According to my ideas a Hungarian law enforcement scholar with excellent knowledge of foreign languages should be able to indicate occasionally a professional article in foreign language that could be irremissible important for the knowledge of Hungarian experts. As first step should be started with periodicals of free access and later could be subscribed some more expensive law enforcement periodicals, too. From these marked periodicals students of doctoral schools could monthly freely choose a paper and another one would their tutor prescribe obligatory. The students would read and - according to the examples in the enclosure - review, that is briefly summarize them. (Do not think it would be a work needing awful big efforts, because in the so-called abstracts at the beginning of the papers the author has already made it courteously). The student of the doctoral school will get for this work credit points according to the adequate rate.
