This book is the 27th volume of the Library for Media Sciences. The author has set the objective on one side to give an overview about theoretic problems arising or eventually arising in case of limitations of criminal character in defence of free speech, dignity and honour and on the other side to skeletonise answers given and to be given in the countries applying such limitations mostly in Europe and highlighted in Hungary. As the third ambition was set disclosure and analysis of appropriate practice of the European Court of Human Rights.
