Dear Readers,

it is a great pleasure for us to present you already our fourth special issue. Belügyi Szemle is becoming an always more significant periodical among the scientific publications in Hungary, it will be especially confirmed by the fact that this year – beside the regular 12 issues per year – we also published four online special issues. The online space is undoubtable a scene in the scientific world where the opportunity is given to make the published contents available for a wider public. The editorship of Belügyi Szemle is committed to technical developments and therefore we consider it indispensable to make the widest possible use of the opportunities of the digital world. The popularity of our website and of the archive of our OJS system are continuously increasing, which is also proofed by the growing number of our visitors, and this means a guarantee for our authors that their papers in our online publications will reach a huge number of readers. The professional and scientific periodical of the Ministry of Interior preserves furthermore the mission to offer space for presentations of research results on the field of the interior science and of connecting scientific areas to make these available for the widest possible circle of readers.
