Dr. László Felkai, Minister of State for Administrative Affairs Ministry of Interior of Hungary, President of the Academic Council of Home Affairs, was greeted at the extended ceremonial meeting of the Academic Council of Home Affairs in the Hall of the Ministry of Interior on the occasion of his 70th birthday on 10 March 2023. On the proposal of Dr. Sándor Pintér, Minister of the Interior, and in recognition of his more than four decades of work in public administration, President Katalin Novák awarded the Military Cross Officer's Cross of the Hungarian Order of Merit to the State Secretary, which was presented at the ceremony.

The jubilee book published in honour of Dr. László Felkai, Minister of State for Administrative Affairs, was presented by Major General Dr. Frigyes Janza, Inspector General of Education, in which the Authors highlighted, among other things, László Felkai's commitment, self-discipline, work discipline, literacy, good memory, organisational skills and moral character.

In his speech, Frigyes Janza also thanked the editors of the jubilee volume: Dr. Valér Dános, Dr. Csaba Szabó and Zsuzsanna Végh.
