According to the declared mission of Belügyi Szemle our periodical intends to play a role in scientific-professional fusion and share of information. This spirituality intends to be reflected in our menu item Forum. The sources of the messages appeared here are partially the Editorship and partially the readership of Belügyi Szemle. Starting this column, we also intend to help in realisation of a certain exchange of scientific and professional information and ideas.
In this column we intend to publish reports, best practices, professional experiences, discussion initiating messages, scientific discussions, etc. in connection with professional and scientific arrangements. Here we give place beside articles of scientists, researchers and experts also for messages and writings sent to our Editorship by our readership, or fields outside of scientific and professional world. Here we debate and present emerged questions, further here we release professional and scientific writings formulated in an unformal style.
To articles published in Forum but not written by our Editorship we do not have always equal views, resp. we do not overtake responsibility for their contents. We do not proofread these messages, but we preserve the right to moderate them without consent of the author.
